Loïck Batumba is an accomplished business management professional, leadership coach, and sustainability enthusiast with extensive experience in various industries, including luxury, education, and hospitality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management and an Executive Master of Business Administration focusing on Business, Sustainability Management, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Loïck has earned executive and leadership coaching certifications from IMD Business School and is pursuing ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In addition to his credentials, Loïck is a Resource Person in the Workplace and he is certified in various tools, including, GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards, Fundamentals of Responsible Purchasing, Carbon Footprint Assessment V8, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Auditeur en performance en RSE, Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS & MVPI), Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360™, IMD 5s2 Voyager – Leadership Assessment, Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer, and NEO PI-3 | Personality Inventory.
Loïck brings a sense of order and structure to everything he encounters, combined with a charming personality that exudes professionalism. He is currently working for IMD Business School as the Operations and Client Relationship manager. Loïck has helped many executives develop high self-esteem, self-assurance, confidence, and healthy decision-making skills to fearlessly follow their aspirations and live a life based on their passion and purpose.
He has mastered the art of leadership regulation and aims to instill emotional intelligence in his clients. This assists them in monitoring and managing their energy states, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors while handling situations and people, resulting in the avoidance of outbursts and rash decisions, as well as exhibiting predictable and calming behaviors.
Outside of work, Loïck is a talented pianist, drummer, singer, and music junkie. He enjoys playing music with his two young children and is also an enthusiastic and humble watch aficionado. Loïck loves to chat about geopolitics and can often be found discussing the latest news and trends.
